Hello, welcome to my Fotopic site that I've recently started.
My specialist subject is Rail Photography, but i'll shoot anything that catches my eye.
With Rail I'll shoot anything to do with the Railway from the Trains, to the track and the people who work on the system.
I try to keep my eye out for a differant and artistic approach to the subject & I have also joined the Phoenix Photographic Railway Circle. (see link for what the group does)
I've had an interest in photography for a number of years and my name is known to some of the Railway Publications. I also have pictures in the files of the Milepost 92&1/2 Railphotolibrary.com
I'm in the process of going Digital at the moment hence not a lot is on here at the moment & will still be using the film cameras also.
My camera equipment is my newly acquired Canon EOS 1D Mk3 & Canon EOS 1V bodies, with Canon L lenses from 16mm - 400mm & a Mamiya 645 Medium format with various lenses.
